  At the recent Mental Health program organized by the African and African-Europeans Association (AFAES) on Friday, November 28, we discussed various topics such as the mental well-being of an immigrant , good parenting, and we ate a healthy meal.   Mental health is one of the most pivotal discussions in the modern world, and AFAES has been devising various methodologies on how Nigerians , Africans, and other immigrants can approach this topic with utmost understanding.
